In a cooking pan, add milk, water, sugar (1.5 cup), pistachio, almond, cardamom powder and cook until thick. Rabri is ready now.
Now, make the balls of Paneer.
In a cooking pan, add water, sugar(1.5 cup) and cook it until it becomes sugar syrup.
Now, add paneer balls and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Now, strain the balls and dip into fresh water and then cold water to make them cool and repeat this step.
In a bowl, add rabri, paneer balls and keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
Use pistachio, almond for garnishing.
Your RasMalai now ready to serve.
