Cooking Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl, make a well in center of mix.
  2. Combine mango, oil, egg, milk and flavorings, add liquid mix to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Spoon batter into greased and floured miniature muffin pans, or pans which have been lined with miniature muffin cups.
  4. Fill three fourth full.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool slightly on wire rack.
