  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds and allow to splutter.
  2. Add the sliced onions and fry to golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well.
  4. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, sambhar masala, garam masala powder, salt and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook.
  6. Now add the mince and sauté for 5 minutes. Let it cook till done.
  7. Fold in the boiled macaroni. Stir in the coriander leaves.
  8. Delicious Qeema Macaroni is ready to serve. Serve hot.
