Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan boil milk, add 1/2 cup or to taste sugar and cook till sugar dissolves.
  2. Now add custard powder dissolved in ½ cup water.
  3. Stir till custard thicken, turn the flame off and leave it to cool.
  4. Dissolve gelatin powder in ½ cup lukewarm water.
  5. In a bowl put together gelatin mixture, cream, condensed milk, cocoa powder, coffee powder and prepared custard mixture, beat well with electric beater.
  6. Freeze for ½ hours.
  7. In a pan put remaining sugar and add almond, cook till sugar melts.
  8. Pour this mixture in a greased tray, leave it to cool till firm.
  9. Now crush and spread prepared crunch on top of ice cream.
  10. Freeze for 1 hour and serve chilled.
