  • Direction for Boiling Rice:
  • in a cooking pot, add water, cooking oil rice and boil it until 75% done. then let them out.
  • Direction for Chicken:
  • in a cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, cumin, ginger garlic paste and cook for a while.
  • now add chicken and cook 2-3 minutes then add garam masala, salt, black salt, red chili powder, crushed red chili, coriander powder, tomatoes, yogurt.
  • now cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • after that add garnish and set a side.
  • Biryani layering:
  • in a cooking pot, add first layer of boiled rice, second layer of cooked chicken and add some garnish, repeat these layers and then add some yogurt and color mixture, hot water and cover it and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  • Balochi Biryani is ready to serve.

1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
700g chicken
10g garam masala
salt to taste
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp crushed red chili
1 tbsp coriander powder
black salt to taste
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup yogurt
garnish (tomatoes, lemon, coriander, ginger, green chilli )
boiled rice
cooked chicken.

2 tbs yogurt
1/2 tsp yellow color
1/2 cup hot water
