  1. I've tried all kinds of recipes from YouTube for this dish..but nothing mimics the taste of the tandoori chicken that one gets in delhi..I think the tandoor is what makes all the difference..

  2. Chef Ranveer you mentioned "Ceviche" in your marination. I'm sure 90% of your viewers would have had no clue when you said that word.
    Just to conclude Ceviche or seviche is a Peruvian raw fish especially Seabass or Cod marinated in lime juice, seasoning and Chilli peppers with onion and fresh coriander. The acidity of the lime cooks the fish itself. Its considered a very healthy dish and Japanese people have now reintroduced Japanese Ceviche in their cuisine with Yuzu Juice.
